The last couple weeks John McCain has been running with the phrase ‘Spread the Wealth Around’ to point out differences between himself and Barack Obama, ever since Obama used this phrase while discussing his tax policy with ‘Joe the Plumber’.

A much lengthier discussion by Barack Obama on the idea of ‘Redistribution of Wealth’ occurred on a Chicago radio station in 2001.
